- Collaborate with internal and external teams to build and improve shared game services, including payment, authentication, etc.
- Understand and take ownership of products, and keep iteration and evolution to let the products adapt to new requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and local teams to improve quality of products and operation.
- Effectively communicate product plans, context, and outcomes with business teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic alignment.
- Take ownership of the product development lifecycle and ensure timely deliveries.
- Drive product operation's operational excellence, consolidate and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance team's overall capability and efficiency in addressing business challenges Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields
- At least 2 years of product management experience in products from Internet industry (preferably consumer-facing website, apps) is preferred
- Experience in agile development process is preferred
- Proven work experience on a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem solving skills and logical thinking
- Team players with positive and eager-to-learn attitude
- Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and technologies is preferred
- Experience in payment solutions or authentication is preferred
- Intuitive understanding and interest in UX design is preferred
