Description

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Respond to site to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
• Provide support (maintain and upgrade) for in-house applications.
• Keep inventory of hardware and maintenance records
• Monitor condition of server, apps and security measures
• Identify, log and resolve technical problems of the scope
• Provide Tech support on any IT issues and onsite IT support in a professional and courteous manner.
• Setting up account for new users
• Ensure timely escalation of major and critical incidents.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Computing Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 1 -2 years experience in systems and network design, setup maintenance and troubleshooting / post-
• Positive working attitude and willing to learn and take up new tasks as and when assigned.
