Description
Job Description & Requirements:
- Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions and ensure all installations are virus protected.
- Perform daily backups, regular file archival and purge as necessary.
- Provide support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot issues relating to Hardware and Software.
- Provide End user software support.
- Monitor Server and Backup of Data.
- Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted users.
- Perform additional assignments as directed from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Good Knowledge of IT Operating Systems, especially Windows Server, Microsoft Applications with strong software knowledge.
- Knowledge of VBA, SQL would be an advantage.
- Enthusiasm for challenge and new initiatives are prerequisites.
- Systems Administration/System Engineer certification in Microsoft.
- 12 years of IT related experience
