Description
Job Scope:
- Take charge of admin functions in a Senior Care Centre
- Prepare client Service Contracts
- Process fee invoices and handle fee collection
- Process clients' daily attendance and transportation schedule
- Process subvention claims for submission to regulatory agencies
- Take charge of inventory controls and equipment maintenance
- Oversee purchasing functions
- Support administration of customer service
- Receptionist duties
Job Requirements:
- Singaporeans only
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Admin Executive
- Diploma in Business / Degree in any discipline
