Job Scope:


  • Take charge of admin functions in a Senior Care Centre
  • Prepare client Service Contracts
  • Process fee invoices and handle fee collection
  • Process clients' daily attendance and transportation schedule
  • Process subvention claims for submission to regulatory agencies
  • Take charge of inventory controls and equipment maintenance
  • Oversee purchasing functions
  • Support administration of customer service
  • Receptionist duties

Job Requirements:


  • Singaporeans only
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Admin Executive
  • Diploma in Business / Degree in any discipline
