Description
1. To plan trucking jobs to drivers and ensure execution of jobs meet customer's requirements.


  • To always maintain good customer service.
  • To assist drivers in resolving problems encountered during operations
  • To give feedback to controllers on issues facing drivers.
  • Assist controllers in liaising with Fleet Management team for equipment matters
  • Ensure maximized productivity and minimized costs
  • Provide timely feedback to executive / controller regarding challenges or customer's concerns
  • Diffuse a tense situation and do everything within reason to resolve the issue quickly and effectively between drivers.
  • Able to use the available in-house system, TMS system, port & depot related systems.
Minimum Qualification


  • GCE 'N' Level
Minimum Experience/ Requirement


  • Preferably 1 year or equivalent
