Description
Qualification & Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in Engineering preferrable in Naval Architect or Marine related
- Min 3 years working experience preferable in marine or Oil & Gas Industry with offshore construction experiences preferred
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 QA system
- Familiar with IACS (particular ABS and DNV) Rules and Regulations on Offshore
- Software
- AutoCAD, MS Office particularly on MS Excel and Project, Primavera P6 added advantage
- Willing to travel, working offshore and go extra mile to meet customers' requirements
- Strong communication skills. English speaking and writing a must
- Resourceful, independent and detail oriented
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager(s) on project tendering including technical review, sourcing and cost estimating, project scheduling, drawings, procedures and documentation preparation etc.
- Overseeing of project execution as directed by Project manager including contract review (technical), vendors selection, costs evaluation, liaison for internal resources and supports, reply to client technical queries, prepare technical clarifications, plan and supervise project mobilisation, project execution and implementation, plan and implementation of corrective actions, Factory Acceptance Tests and finalization of as built documentation etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned
