Senior Executive, Employee Support & Advisory, HR Shared Services

You will be part of the Employee Support & Advisory team within HR Shared Services to deliver customer-centric experience to our employees.
Responsibilities:
You will provide professional support and ensure smooth execution of the employee life cycle activities in a timely manner, adhering to the local regulations and OCBC Group's policies.
- Assist Team Lead in projects management; maintenance of SOP, process maps, letter templates and checklists; outsourcing, audit and regulatoryrelated matters for People Services team; and any other duties or projects assigned
- Manage onboarding administration process including employee screenings, issuance of offer letters, employee declaration etc.
- Initiate postemployment screenings and highlight discrepancies flagged out in screening reports to the respective HR Business Partners
- Manage other staff movement activities such as transfers, secondment, conversions of employment types, retirement and cessation of employment
- Manage activities related to the Representative Notification Framework for financial advisers where required
- Uphold good data management practices by ensuring accurate and uptodate employee records in our HR systems
- Ensure timely storage of employee documents in our electronic personnel file system
- Provide thoughtful, accurate and timely responses to employees and stakeholders
Qualifications
Requirement
- Degree qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
- At least six years of relevant experience, preferably within the financial services industry
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act
- High level of initiative, meticulous and detailed oriented with strong organisation skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and appropriately
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Positive working attitude, results oriented and have a process and servicefocused mindset
- Energised by a fastpaced work environment, with the ability to multitask and manage high volume work, with minimum supervision
- Willingness to embrace new HR technologies and changing processes
