Make an Impact by:

Support IPTV team in the expansion of IPTV and OTT infrastructure to meet BAU growth.
Ensure the IPTV method of procedures for change activities are validated thoroughly before it rollout to Production platform.
Perform shift, remote standby duties, onsite change activities, and attend to faults after normal office hours when required.
Interface with IPTV stakeholders to perform onsite System Integration Tests and User Acceptance Tests.
Support network and security systems ensuring security in operation.
Create and update technical documentations for projects.
Responsible for incident management competency including more indepth troubleshooting using debugger, probes, scripts, syslogs, etc. liaison with vendors Tech Support or R&D for fault diagnosis & escalation.

Skills for Success:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering.
35 years of relevant IT experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in configuring Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Windows Server, Active Directory.
Good knowledge of IPTV/OTT technology and architecture.
Good understanding of network system, network architecture, routing, switching, firewall and security.
ITILv3 Foundation Certification
