DESIGNATION :
[Expand Communication] Customer Experience Greeter (Korean Speaking)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visitor prebooking check and onsite reservation support, Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center in Singapore (HMGICS)
- Respond to customer's onsite inquiries
- Respond to customer feedback in accordance with the Customer Care Manual
- Compliance with the safety and emergency response manual
- Cover for other Greeter's areas of work if necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder, Diploma, or A-Level qualifications
- Both entrylevel and experienced individuals are welcome to apply
- Experienced applicants should have 13 years of experience in a customer service/guestfacing role such as in the airline, retail, and hotel industry
- Wellgroomed, able to speak in eloquent and professional language
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive and curious
- Proficiency in English is required
- Proficiency in Korean and Mandarin will be beneficial, as the position may require communication with international visitors
- Shift work including weekends
- Knowledge of and interest in the automobile industry will be beneficial
