    Roles & Responsibilities

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the identification, communication, evaluation and quantification of the Company's enterprise risks, to set up and improve the enterprise risk monitoring indicator system, through the preparation, review and update of enterprise risk register, and to form quantitative assessment and analysis of enterprise risks, as well as to report to the Management team and Risk Management Committee on a regular basis.
    • Assist in the review and research, reporting and emergency handling of major risk events of the Company.
    • Assist to carry out annual risk review and ad-hoc risk assessment of the subsidiaries.
    • Assist with the management of the company's internal control system, including but not limited to the formulation of the company's internal control management policy, the formulation of internal control defect identification standards policy, the formation of the company's internal supervision, checking, management and guidance control mechanism.
    • Assist to carry out routine management of the company's internal control work, strengthen the communication and report with CNAF internal control department, and form a good monthly and quarterly monitoring reporting system, and to complete the annual or ad-hoc internal control report on a timely basis.
    • Assist in credit risk management work when necessary, including KYC reviews and credit evaluations of trading counterparties.
    • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Risk Management.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Economics/ Finance/ related field or equivalent.
    • Min 2 years of experience in risk management, internal control, audit or other relevant functions. Understand the standard governance structure of the company.
    • Excellent people skills and communication skills, strong team player with ability to work collaboratively with external vendor and internal departments.
    • Good ethics and professional conduct, and with strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
    • Excellent command of English and Chinese languages (as the position needs to frequently communicate with English/Chinese speaking stakeholders verbally/ in writing as well as to prepare and proof-read English/Chinese official documents and presentations whenever appropriate).
