SUSHISAMBA Singapore, a renowned fusion restaurant blending Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian flavors, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Admin Executive to join our pre-opening team.

1, Job Purpose
The Operations Admin Executive shall provide operational support to the Restaurant General Manager and Executive Chef

2. Principal Accountabilities

Support the General Manager and Executive Chef with the scheduling roster for all staff
Assist the General Manager on operational matters such as getting uniforms and name tags ready for all staff
Assist with the upkeeping of the restaurant
Coordinate with vendors and IT to maintain the equipment in the restaurant
Handles all invoices and billings by working closely with Finance
Assist with the staff enquires whenever possible
Assist in rolling out the company's initiatives whenever required
