Job Responsibilities:

1. Plans and processes inter-company transfers between warehouses
2. Advises and resolves issues that may arise due to shipment exceptions
3. Maintain effective business rapport with internal customers
4. Process data uploads in a consistent and timely manner.
5. Applies simple mathematical logic to determine new cost for on-hand inventory
6. Monitors and corrects any cost discrepancies
7. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned by Product Operations Manager.

Job Requirement:

1. Min O level & Diploma in any fields
2. Candidate without relevant experience are welcome as training will be provided
3. Possesses good verbal and written communication in English
4. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Possess strong attention to detail skills
6. Ability to multitask
7. Preferably some knowledge in manufacturing purchasing practices
8. Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)

• Expected salary: $2,700 - $3,000 per month
