Description

Salary: Basic $3,300 - $3,500 + VB

Time: Monday - Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Location: Eunos Techpark

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert assistance to customers with inquiries related to our electronics products.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to address technical questions and concerns.
• Liaise with the production team to align shipment dates and ensure timely deliveries.
• Update customers on shipment progress on a weekly basis.
• Communicate any potential delays and work towards solutions.
• Collaborate with the store team to update and pull shipments from the system.
• Arrange and coordinate the delivery of products to customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data in the system.
• Generate reports as needed for analysis and decision-making.
• Work with customers to ensure timely payments.
• Send invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Receive and process customer purchase orders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support within the electronics industry.
• Familiarity with electronics products and their technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
