Description
Brief Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage documents filing for the project
- Manage uploading of documents to project database
- Receive, verify and acknowledge receipt of the documents in accordance with agreed document control procedure
- Register the drawings received from contractors
- Forward documents to respective consultants for approval
- Issue documents to Employer, Operator and Stakeholders
- Track and follow up on drawings and documents submission and approval status
- Provide cover duty for the Site Admin in his absence
- Perform any other duties assigned by the project team
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in any discipline with 2 years' relevant experience, preferably from the construction or real estate industry.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Good command of English.
- Able to multitask effectively with good organisational skills in coordinating and communicating with client and consultants.
- Able to manage administration and documents for a largescale construction project.
- Able to work at the construction site office (near MRT).
- Experience in using Project Management Information Systems will be an added advantage.
