  • Form sales plans for designated region, including sales targets and key accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in marine offshore industry.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to management.
  • Attend business events and travel to different countries on behalf of Sales VP.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 68 years of sales experience preferably in marine offshore industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing market share.
  • Market knowledge of rigging systems and PPE will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self motivated with a strong drive for success.
