We are a 25-bedded Home in Clementi, providing for the physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being of residents and the underserved in the community.

We are committed to providing care, support, and assistance to our residents through a wide range of activities and connecting them to the wider community - families, friends, relatives, church, and neighbourhood.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:


  • This role will provide holistic care to female ambulant residents at the Home. This includes personal care when needed, as well as arranging, conducting, and supervising physical and social activities at the Home, and accompanying residents for medical appointments and outings. You will support and help the nursing aides to serve medications, prepare and serve meals and maintain the physical upkeep of the Home. You will also notify the Supervisor and record the residents' daily conditions and any occurring events or defects in the Home.

Requirements:


  • Minimum primary school education
  • Must be able to read and understand simple English
  • Able to speak multiple dialects is an advantage
  • Is caring with a strong passion for serving the needy
  • Able to perform 2 rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • Able to sleep over in the Home for 2 to 5 nights per month
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and work experience.
