Description

• Develop and implement energy management strategies to optimize energy usage and reduce consumption across facilities.
• Conduct energy audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and prioritize energysaving initiatives.
• Analyze energy data and trends to track performance, identify anomalies, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement energy efficiency projects, including lighting upgrades, HVAC optimizations, and equipment retrofits.
• Monitor and manage utility bills, negotiate contracts with energy suppliers, and explore opportunities for renewable energy procurement.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to energy management.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on energy conservation practices and sustainable behaviors.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to communicate progress and results.
• Participate in sustainability initiatives and support the organization's goals for carbon reduction and environmental stewardship.
• Perform energy audit for Clients and calculate ROI and payback period of implementing energy saving measures.

• Minimum education level: Diploma in Energy Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an Energy Manager, Energy Analyst, or in a similar role for a minimum of 1 year.
• Strong understanding of energy systems, including electricity, natural gas, water, and renewable energy sources.
• Knowledge of energy management principles, energy efficiency technologies, and sustainability practices.
• Experience conducting energy audits, analyzing energy data, and identifying energysaving opportunities.
• Familiarity with energy management software, metering systems, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Certification in Energy Management (e.g., Certified Energy Manager, Certified Energy Auditor).
• Experience working with building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems (EMS).
• Knowledge of relevant energy regulations, codes, and standards.
