- Liaising with various stakeholders to prepare and compile tender/quotation documents
- Source for new qualified vendors to invite for tender and put up pre-qualification recommendation or approval
- Preparation of Letter of Acceptance to the successful tenderer and ensure receipt of insurance policies and performance bond
- Liaising with initiating party on the requirements of variations and put up variation order for approval
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Preferred studies in Facilities Management, Integrated Events & Project Management, Real Estate, or any other related disciplines
- Possess analytical skills
- Ability to communicate clearly, in both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and possess strong sense of urgency to complete tasks efficiently
- Proficient in software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
