    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Highlight:

    Job Responsibilities

    • Maintain and support IT operations, system/network appliance and computers
    • Assist, maintain and troubleshoot network system, connectivity issues and basic network configuration
    • Install, configure and update software applications and operation systems as necessary
    • Any ad-hoc duties assigned

    Job requirements:

    • NTC/Diploma in IT or equivalent
    • At least 1 year of working experience in IT Support roles or equivalent
    • Great interpersonal skill with ability to communicate effectively with different levels of people in a professional manner in face to face, calls and email
    • Ability to demonstrate practical troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques
    • Entry level are welcomed to apply
