    Role:

    This is a full-time onsite Multimedia Educator role in MOE School. If you are selected,

    You will work closely with the HOD in an MOE school (near Clementi MRT) in the day-to-day activities.

    Responsibilities:

    Multimedia production, ICT and PA support

    1. To oversee the school's multimedia production to support school events, committee programmes and external publicity. Media can be in the form of videos, photos or posters.
    2. To maintain the school's photo and video gallery.
    3. To maintain the school's platform for external publicity (digital signage, website and social media)
    4. To assist in school functions when appropriate, such as the school's level camps, Speech Day, etc.
    5. To manage the media related ICT assets in the school, including its procurement, maintenance and repairs, loan management and condemnation.
    6. As part of the ICT Team, to manage AV assets and provide AV and multimedia support for school activities and events. This includes supporting the video conferencing and/or live streaming components for online and hybrid events.
    7. To assist teachers in multimedia production, photography and videography.
    8. To train and mentor select groups of students for multimedia production, editing and other ICT related competitions such as OSOS, NEmation and etc.

    Job Requirements:

    The Personnel should be passionate about story telling through videos.

    In addition, the Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

    1. Diploma/Degree in Videography or related fields with relevant ICT working experience.

    2. Able to add Chinese subtitles.

    3. Passion in creating videos, from conceptualisation to completion. Competent in Premiere Pro and related Adobe Products. Knowledge of editing tools like Final Cut Pro is preferred.

    4. Passion in taking photographs and creating photo montage and posters. Competent in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and related Adobe Products

    5. Knowledge of Video Pre-Post production, poster design and web designing are essential.

    6. Familiar with the following areas or Apps will be useful:

    · G Suite for Education

    · G Suite Administration

    · Web Design and maintenance

    · App Design

    · Apple Apps such as iMovie, Procreate, Lumafusion

    · Micro:bits programming

    7. Good interpersonal, communication, planning and analytical skills.

    8. Ability to multitask, work both independently and as a team.

    9. Preferably a minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.

    10. Candidate who is registered with MOE is preferred.

    Summary:

    Contract Period: From 22 July 2024 to 21 July 2025

    Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to 5:15pm, inclusive of 45-min lunch break

    Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
