Our client is a Manufacturing MNC Industry. They are looking for a HR Specialist to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in East - Easy accessible.

Responsibility:

Manage performance appraisal and bonus review.
To establish L&D policies and corporate training guidelines.
Lead the development and execution of learning program strategies.
Manage endtoend learning initiatives, update policies, and support employee development and engagement.

Requirements:

Min Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in handling L&D
Experience in manufacturing industry is a bonus
