Description

• Supervise and direct the production team to achieve target outputs and maintain high quality standards
• Manage and expedite the production flow to meet KPI
• Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading engineering drawings and process instructions
• Oversee all aspects of day-to-day production operations
• Support the Plant Manager to plan and fully utilize of manpower and resources
• Develop, maintain and update production documentation
• Ensure that the production documentation complies with the ISO standards
• Lead and support production audits
• Lead and identify possible process improvement
• Work with maintenance and supervisor to ensure the preventive maintenance plan is executed to keep the machine upkeep.
• Involved in production plant layout optimization and machine acquisition process.
• Perform duties as per assigned by the production manager.
