What You Will Be Involved In:
Part of the
Corporate Group in IMDA, the
Digital Transformation Office (DTO) seeks to:

Provide strategic leadership for digital transformation that is aligned with IMDA overall strategy.
Provide the right technological capabilities and solutions to support the digital transformation initiatives.
Oversee the implementation of all digital initiatives in IMDA.

You will be part of Innovation Development Team that is responsible for:

Identification of innovation opportunities and delivery of prototypes that meet organization's needs.
Development of processes and strategies to scale new solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
Identify opportunities and gather feedback from customers, partners, and employees.
Analyze data to identify potential areas for improvement.
Brainstorm new ideas and concepts.
Validate ideas with stakeholders.
Develop detailed plans for new solutions.
Create prototypes to test and validate ideas.
Gather feedback from stakeholders.
Refine prototypes based on feedback.

What We Look Out For:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software development.
Strong business analysis skills.
Experience with UI/UX design.
Experience with a variety of programming languages and technologies.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to multitask and plan effectively when working with a variety of project teams in an often highpressure, competitive environment.
Openminded and receptive to changes.
Passion for innovation.
