Assessing the procurement requirements of the organization in a discreet manner.
Conducting thorough research to identify and source highquality products and materials.
Establishing and fostering relationships with suppliers, engaging in negotiations to secure favorable pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and efficient delivery timelines.
Managing requisitions and providing regular updates to management regarding the status of orders.
Setting retail prices for products and conducting detailed analysis of profit margins.
Gaining a deep understanding of the target market and analyzing buying trends to inform procurement decisions.
Maintaining accurate inventory records, effectively managing stock levels, and forecasting future requirements.
Coordinating transportation logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods, while tracking orders throughout the process.
Monitoring product quality and expiry dates, promptly addressing any discrepancies with suppliers and management.
Collaborating with relevant internal departments to ensure seamless procurement processes.
