Job Description:

Your challenge

You will be part of a team of technical experts supporting the roll out of new products to customers as well as using this expertise to include customer requirements in new product developments.

Responsibilities:

Support field service engineers on technical challenges.
Perform the feasibility study on new samples provided by customers. This includes getting a good understanding of the customer expectations, discussing with design engineering teams to work out the most optimal solution, and preparing a report for the customer.
Perform acceptance testing of newly developed customer features.
Support beta installations at customers facilities when required.
Prepare technical training material and conduct training to other KLA employees.
Review customer specifications as part of the presales activities.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 7+ years' industry experience.
Product training experience is a plus.
Excellent organizational, analytical, project management and selfleadership skills.
Dynamic and likes to interact with people.
A keen technical mind, an eye for detail, a positive drive and commitment to results.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, as well as the ability to absorb and transfer knowledge to others.
Proficient in English with good communication skills.
Up to 50% travel will be required.
