Job Summary

To represent various brands within the Group. To act as the primary connection between the brand International Operations Team and the Singapore retail stores. The primary goal is to grow and develop a profitable business. Responsible for the development of both store management team and brand leadership team.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain brand customer service philosophy and standards through leadership style and management training in order to ensure the retail stores provide a gracious, thorough and efficient service to all customers.
  • Collborate with Visual Merchandiser and Planner/Buyer on assortment planning, product selection, and visual merchandising to maintain the standards of visual merchandising.
  • Consistently maintain a strong bench and succession planning by providing associate development and performance management.
  • Possess full understanding of all systems, policies, and procedures and be responsible for store profitability.
  • Have a strong, positive personal presence and desire to perpetuate the brand at all times.
  • Guide the store & eComm management team to maintain the sales and service goals and standards.
  • Model and reinforce customer service by maintaining the brands Customer Service philosophy and standards through leadership style and management training.
  • Recommend marketing strategies for improving traffic or market penetration.
  • Provide and maintain a high service level standard and professional customeroriented service to all customers efficiently.
  • Understand and support Assortment Planning and Visual Merchandising to make effective decisions for the market.
  • Maintain the standards of visual merchandising to improve sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Proactively plan for ongoing leadership development and actively recruit to fill open leadership positions.
  • Manage performance by identifying high potentials and holding teams consistently accountable to performance standards.
  • Maintain awareness of all resources for store development and product training.
  • Inventory management at both the brand and store level.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders and in partnership with warehouse to ensure the quality of delivery and customer service standards.
  • Possess an ability to effectively communicate and problem solve with Global Partners, Brand, and Store teams.

Job Specification:

  • Diploma / Degree holder, preferably in retail operations, business management, sales and marketing.
  • Possess 15 years of relevant work experience in the simliar industry.
  • Dynamic, highlymotivated, resourceful, customercentric with a positive mindset.
  • Leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problemsolving abilities.
