Maintenance Technician/ Lift/ Mechanical/ Repair/ Compliance

Our client is a leading organisation specialised in the manufacturing, installation, sales and maintenance of elevators and escalators. Due to fast expansion, they are actively seeking for Service Technician (Lift).

Responsibilities

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works in accordance to the schedule
Observe safety work procedures
Ensure proper keeping and use of tools
Observe proper work behaviour while working
Perform standby works when required
Follow up on breakdown report and assist Standby Section where required
Report to the superiors on all matters relating to team
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior
Keep proper records of works carried out in the relevant reports
Attend to the building or equipment inspections as required, by law (BCD, FSB)
Assist in conducting and investigating of damages/accidents to equipment or personnel
Follow up on QC and QA defects.
Ensure compliance to Environmental policy, reduction of waste and prevention of pollution

Requirements

Nitec/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Engineering or equivalent qualification
Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Lift or similar industry
Possess own vehicle

**Salary will commensurate with experience and senior position**
