    Roles & Responsibilities

    Capital College of the Arts, Management and Technology (CCAMT) seeks a highly experienced, forward-thinking to be the Program Director / Program Dean - High School Program . This is a senior leadership position that is responsible for planning, charting and leading the college forward in strategic partnerships and academic matters.

    CCAMT is looking for a dynamic, progressive, and adaptable senior leader to work with a very diverse team of academics in providing exceptional education as well as lead the team to achieve international recognition.

    Role Overview and Comprehensive Responsibilities:

    Educational Excellence Leadership:

     Spearhead the development and implementation of a forward-thinking high school

    curriculum that aligns with international standards and embraces CCAMT's

    educational philosophy, ensuring a robust preparation for global higher education and

    career readiness.

    Faculty Development and Management:

     Strategically recruit, mentor, and manage a dedicated team of high school educators,

    fostering their professional growth through development opportunities and

    performance appraisals to uphold high teaching standards.

    Student-Centered Learning and Support:

     Champion active and participative learning methodologies, ensuring comprehensive

    academic counseling and tailored support for students, addressing their unique

    developmental needs and aspirations.

    Collaborative Academic Environment:

     Cultivate an open, communicative, and collaborative faculty culture, emphasizing

    conflict resolution and support to nurture a conducive academic atmosphere.

    Operational and Administrative Oversight:

     Oversee program scheduling, budgeting, and resource management with a keen eye

    for efficiency, ensuring seamless administrative execution and the highest level of

    program delivery excellence.

    Industry Engagement and Community Relations:

     Actively facilitate connections between industry professionals and the academic

    community, enhancing students' practical learning experiences and easing their

    transition to real-world scenarios. Engage with parents/guardians and the wider

    community to foster a supportive educational network.

    Professional and Personal Growth:

     Commit to continuous professional development, seeking out opportunities to stay at

    the educational innovation forefront. Demonstrate adaptability in taking on additional

    responsibilities, aligning with CCAMT's strategic vision and objectives.

    Required Qualifications and Skills:

    • A Master's degree in Education or a closely related field, supplemented with qualifications in high school education or educational leadership.
    • Significant leadership experience within a high school setting, showcasing a deep understanding of adolescent academic, social, and emotional needs.
    • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication abilities, with proficiency in educational and managerial technologies such as Office 365 and Google
    • Workspace, and familiarity with educational platforms like Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas.
    • Demonstrated success in leading diverse educational teams and fostering an inclusive, empowering environment for learning and growth.
    • Effective written and verbal communication is essential for successful collaborationand understanding.
    • Being bilingual is advantageous for this position, facilitating effective communicationin a multicultural setting.
