Job Description

The People, Performance & Culture (PPC) team contributes to making KPMG a great place to work by implementing best-practice programs to attract, recruit, develop, groom and retain the best and brightest talents.

The team looks after the full HR spectrum including but not limited to recruitment, manpower planning, performance and talent management and staff communications.

We are looking for an Executive/Senior Executive to join our HR Operations team to handle HR operational activities of our employees' career cycle and to deliver quality services to internal stakeholders.


  • Manage and support the full spectrum of employee life cycle such as On/ Offboarding, personnel records, work passes, government grants and claims
  • Manage and support employees' queries and requests via HR Helpdesk
  • Participate in HR projects for new initiatives and process improvement
  • Other support duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimally 0 3 years of experience managing and supporting HR Operation
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word
  • Able to work independently and have an agile mindset
  • Familiar with SuccessFactors Employee Central preferred
