Overall in charge of supply chain and sales administration functions and duties

Manage and provide leadership, support, and guidance to operations staff. To set targets, monitor, and appraise staff performance.
Manage and improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization's goals and objectives.
Provide management reporting, information flow and management, business process, and organizational planning.
Drive longterm planning, including initiatives geared towards operational excellence.
Develop and support department budgets.
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of support services, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
