Description
Responsible for new business development among organizations and C-suite level executives

  • Acquire new clients via leads, referrals, databases, cold calling, online events/ conferences, tapping on own network etc.
  • Build rapport with clients using consultative sales approach
  • Conduct presentations and pitches to potential clients to illustrate capabilities and sell service offerings
  • Engage in substantive sales discussions with prospects in order to close sales
  • Build and cultivate lead pipeline
  • Proactively share successful sales and engagement practices with colleagues; contribute to team capabilities and productivity improvement

Requirements:

years of relevant experience in consultative sales

  • Some experience in team management
  • Background in consulting, training, research, executive search sectors with experience in consultative sales highly
  • Able to travel when required
  • Ideally possess wide network of regional/ global clientele
  • Passionate about business topics including strategies, methods, practices, etc.
  • Strong communication skills and persuasiveness to win prospects and close deals
  • Strong leadership skills, and ability to negotiate and influence internal as well as external stakeholders
