Description

Our client is a CMS licensed enterprise financial risk-management solutions provider with cutting edge Fintech systems dedicated to bringing better Foreign Exchange solutions to the underserved sectors for corporates and institution clients, currently looking for a Compliance Officer to join their growing team.

Job Description:

Review of new clients during onboarding process requiring approval from Compliance
Annual review / assessment of clients flagged by Product Operations in relation to AML/CFT requirements
Be the contact person for regulatory queries, legal, risk and audit work
Maintain and update the compliance manual
AML/CFT training to employees.
Knowledge or experience in web3 / digital token industry is preferred
Coordinate information gathering for regulatory reporting

Requirements:

Min 3 years of experience in the KYC, regulatory compliance field

Expereince with Foreign Exchange (FX) / Over-TheCounter Market Compliance is
required:
Experience in expanding business lines preferred
Familiarity to derive Options Risk controls is not mandatory, but a plus
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Able to work independently and proactively take ownership
