Role Summary:

The Learning Hub Executive facilitate the smooth operations of the learning hub and its programme and performs administration on routine learning activities.

He/She coordinates the organisation's products and services by liaising with vendors and stakeholders, managing learner records and updating learning management systems.

He/She gathers the learning data collected and conducts data analysis for reporting purposes. He/She assists with the creation of the desired learning environment, and the management of logistics and equipment. He/She assists business development activities by carrying out marketing activities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Attend to stakeholder management issues.
  • Collate budgetary and financial information relating to the organisation's products and services.
  • Collect data from identified data sources.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates.
  • Compile data analysis reports to present findings.
  • Conduct initial data analysis and report findings.
  • Consolidate data to monitor takeup and completion rates for the organisation's products and services.
  • Coordinate learner registration, attendance tracking, feedback and evaluation reports.
  • Coordinate logistics and resources across the organisation and products and services.
  • Distribute learning materials to learners.
  • Document stakeholder feedback and queries.
  • Escalate contractual and performance issues with existing vendors.
  • Identify sources to support data measurement and analysis.
  • Implement learner record and database management processes.
  • Liaise with vendors or services providers to create multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain training facilities and equipment.
  • Prepare documentations for vendor selection processes.
  • Support curation of marketing content based on marketing objectives and strategy.
  • Track vendor performance.

Qualifications and Other Requirements:


  • Diploma/Degree in relevant areas and/or Education with at least 2 years of working experience in an ATO
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable in managing Training Management System and Learning Management System
