Job Description:

You will be learning and providing support for growing the business aligned to the team's goals and getting exposure to shape the overall strategy.

What you will do:

Prospecting new businesses & speaking to new leads Liaise with current partners and speak to new partners.
Pitching and presenting the various product offerings to new business opportunities and existing leads;
Coordinate with partners and execute programs and operations plans during commencement
Conducting research on Web 3.0, FinTech, Tech and InsurTech.
Providing support to new enquiries
Explore and reach out to new audiences through different channels
Collaborate with marketing side to ideate collaterals for effective messaging to grow the business
Planning and executing multichannel marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn including a budget allocation to maximise signups and results
End of end marketing for leads funnel, manage any inperson event
Conceptualise, plan, execute and optimise marketing media with the creative and design team
Ideate new campaign to optimise on business initiatives, pitch innovative content ideas and growth strategies to the marketing team
Conduct research and generate content on Tech/ Web3.0/ FinTech related content
Support and manage ad hoc key projects and/or marketing initiatives, manage any inperson event
Coordinate launch plans, from timing to delivery with internal and external stakeholders
Analyse data to identify consumer trends and insights, monitor and consistently improve performance key metrics and ROI to ensure campaign performance
Provide onsite support at events and manage meetings with partners
Flexible working arrangement work from Home / Office, (dependent on company schedule)

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written skills in English
Work well in a fastpaced environment
Proficient and comfortable with Zoom, Figma and digital tools
Selfdirected and able to work without supervision
Relevant experience in Business Development would be an advantage.
Minimum 3 months commitment.
