Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting an SAP Platform Service Transition Manager (New Consumer Health Company) to support the Consumer Health Business reporting to the ASPAC ERP Product Line Owner.
This position will be located in Singapore and any other J&J Global Consumer Health Location.

Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting an SAP Platform Service Transition Manager to support the Consumer Health Business reporting to the ASPAC ERP Product Line Owner.

Qualifications:
Position Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Supply Chain or Information Management
- A minimum of 35 years of relevant work experience is required
- Ability to think creatively about where business initiatives drive technology evolution and to breakdown processes and reinvent enabling technology capabilities with partners is required
- Demonstrated strong sense of urgency in completing deliverables, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong negotiating/ influencing skills, selfstarter with excellent interpersonal skills are required
- Ability to embrace changes and deliver IT solutions in a fastchanging business/IT environment
- Previous experience in working in a global, crossfunctional capacity is required
- Experience with Agile methodology and a strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation
Preferred requirements:
- Ability to translate business requirements into Technical Epics/Stories
- Experience working across multiple levels of business and IT stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization and deal with high levels of ambiguity
- Strong personal commitment to continuous business improvement, and effectively collaborating and managing our business stakeholders
- Capable of working as part of a team and on their own initiative
- Capable to change priorities quickly and influence others to do so
- Selfstarter with collaboration abilities and the ability to shape/lead complexity is required
