Description

Our client is a process technology solutions provider for the beverages industry with years of experience in system and machine engineering.


Job Scope:


  • Responsible for the supply chain activity, including the purchasing process, placement of orders and delivery arrangement, and logistics coordination.
  • Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers for each project's best possible price and delivery time.
  • Issue purchase orders (POs) to suppliers for the purchase of mechanical & electrical equipment, spare parts, and other projectrelated components.
  • Expedite and follow up with suppliers for ontime delivery to meet project deadlines.
  • Coordinate with forwarding agencies for customs clearance of imports and exports.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Project team to ensure alignment between procurement activities and overall project goals.
  • Other supply chain functions include updating timesheets for Project teams and monthend closing submissions.
  • Performing adhoc administrative tasks assigned by the project team.

Ideal Experience
Ideally, you should have 3 or more years of experience:

  • Procurement and shipping coordination
  • Issuing Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Knowledge with excel and SAP
  • Coordination with forwarding agencies
  • Stakeholder management

Bonus Experience:


  • Experience in the F&B industry
