Lead Firmware Engineer - Singapore - WS Audiology

Description

In our Embedded Software department for accessories, we are looking for an experienced embedded software developer who can deliver top quality output. You will be working on development projects for accessories for Hearing Aids, from creation of embedded architecture, specifying the features to writing the code. You will be responsible for creating efficient software that is optimized for speed and memory. This role will collaborate closely with hardware developers to define the embedded firmware architecture, and testers to define test setup.

What you will do

Create requirements and documentations

Perform coding of the design which describes what you intend to implement

Implement feature to match the requirements and design specification

Contribute to peer review and continuous integration

Implement unit tests to ensure correct behavior of the implementation

Create test specifications to ensure high-quality deliveries. Requirements:

Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Information Technology / Software / Computer Science Engineering or equivalent disciplines

6 to 10 years of experienced within C, C++, C#, Python and real-time embedded programming

A thorough understanding and experience with multithreaded embedded programming

Experience with debugging real-time systems

Making embedded firmware to bring up the hardware

Knowledge in low power device / architecture is expected

Development of product with wireless power transfer (e.g. Qi Charging) is a plus

Bluetooth or any wireless protocol is a plus

Experience working in an Agile Environment with Azure DevOps is a plus Who we are
