ASSISTANT ARCHITECT / ARCHITECT

You will play a key role in various aspects of architectural work such as design development, tender, contract management, supervision and project management in multiple projects. The projects that we are involved in covers a very broad spectrum including Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, Residential, and Places of Worship.

Requirements:

• A Registered Architect with Master or Bachelor Degree in Architecture or equivalent from recognized Universities by the Board of Architect
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in design and project management.
• Working closely with Principal Architect and Design Director throughout design development and implementation stages.
• Project management - communication and coordination with client, consultants, authorities, and all other stakeholders.
• Able to perform conceptual design up to design development.
• Tender preparation, documentation and calling of tender.
• Familiar with local Building Code requirements and Regulations.
• A flair for design and good knowledge of architectural detailing.
• Possess excellent people skills and is a good team player.
• Highly motivated, proactive, independent.
• Conversant in BIM (Revit and/or Archicad) will be an advantage.
• Good communication skill
