Description

As a Partnerships & Fundraising Executive, you will build corporate and individual partnerships to promote hospice and palliative care in Singapore and attract increased funding for SHC's work to improve the quality of life for both patients and the families.


You will report to the Assistant Manager, Partnerships & Fundraising and this role will require you to explore fundraising and CSR opportunities, and develop and implement campaigns and programmes to acquire new donors, sponsors and partners.

build and support SHC's relationships with member organisations, social service agencies (SSAs), corporations, government agencies, institutions, donors and volunteers, to contribute to the cause.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

A


FUNDRAISING FUNCTION:


  • Manage inquiries from individual and corporate donors, sponsors, fundraisers and community partners.
  • Assist with acquisition of new donors, partners, and development of fundraising projects.
  • Build and grow CSR partners to support SHC's advocacy work and programme.
  • Support the planning and execution of SHC's marketing and fundraising events, including charity concerts and digital fundraising campaigns.
  • Writing, editing and proofreading marketing and fundraising content.
  • Assist with the timely productions of donor marketing materials such as annual reports, publications, collaterals and design.

ADMINISTRATION:


  • Maintain all records of fundraising projects. File reports and claims as required.
  • Manage vendors and suppliers.
  • Attend and support internal and external meetings, including minutes taking, when required.
  • Support and promote fundraising activities.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor and/or Executive Director from time to time.

Requirements:


  • Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in fundraising in nonprofit organisation.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Resultsdriven, team player, resourceful, meticulous and independent
  • A good understanding of various fundraising channels
