Corporate Finance Intern - Singapore - CROWE HORWATH CAPITAL PTE. LTD.

Description

Assisting the corporate finance team specialising in equity-linked fund raising transactions, mergers & acquisitions and financial advisory. The role will be to support the team in the execution of corporate finance transactions, due diligence, research, documentation and translation works, participate in drafting and verification meetings, notes taking and follow up on discussion issues, liaison works and preparation of presentation materials.

· Excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese;

· Demonstrate initiative and be a self-starter that takes pride in his/her work, with a track record of professional and academic excellence;

· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Prefer at least 6 months internship from August 2024.
