Job Description:
Food & Beverage Service Crew cum Supervisor


Key Responsibilities:

-
Customer Service:Greet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly and courteous manner.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to special requests and dietary requirements.
Deliver food and beverages promptly to tables or designated areas, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.

Operational Duties:Set up and prepare dining areas for service, including arranging tables, chairs, and table settings.
Assist with food and beverage preparation, such as pouring drinks, plating food, and preparing condiments.
Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed, including beverages, condiments, and utensils.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, including clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and disposing of waste.

Team Collaboration:Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, management, and fellow team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Communicate any customer feedback, operational issues, or supply needs to management promptly.
Provide support and guidance to junior team members, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.

Quality Assurance:Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times, including proper handling of food, storage, and hygiene practices.
Monitor food presentation and quality to ensure adherence to established standards.
Assist with periodic inventory checks and stock rotation to minimize waste and maintain freshness.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
  • Supervisory experience or leadership qualities for Supervisor roles.

Education:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional certifications in food handling or customer service are advantageous.
