Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and technical support on ERP System to internal and external stakeholders (support consultant role)
  • Diagnose and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 hardware and software issues
  • Work across teams to gather details of issues, escalate issue to Level 3 technical support team, and follow up until issue is resolved
  • System testing and onsite support for upgrading projects
  • Log and keep records of customer queries

Requirements:


  • Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Accountancy or Enterprise Resource Planning
  • Experience in ERP System
  • Finance and Supply Chain Management module
  • At least 2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position, accounting knowledge is preferred
  • Good communication skill, have a natural disposition towards providing excellent customer service and independent in taking ownership of solving issues
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies, and willingness to learn
  • IT Savvy
  • Excellent team player and able to work in multitasking environment
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin as there will be a need to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
