Description
Scheduling and coordinate with users on deployment- Work with staging team on the machines available for Tech refresh
- Assign new machines to users
- Submit software mappng of user's existing machine to user's new machines
- Track the status of new and old machines
- Contact and arrange with users to return old machines when Tech refresh is not required
- Submit Service requires for staging of machines, software mapping, move OU and deprovision of
- SGEPP when required
- Work with deployment engineers to consolidate information on tech refresh and reschedule users when required
