    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Waiter/Waitress/Bartender
    • Full Time, 5 Days Workweek / 44 Hours
    • Part Time, 3-4 Days a week / 30 Hours minimum
    • Miltiple Location
    • Basic Salary + Incentive

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the guest's dining journey, ensuring they feel welcome, comfortable, and thoroughly attended to.
    • Understand and effectively communicate our menu offerings, including food, beverages, and any specials, guiding guests to make informed choices that enhance their dining experience.
    • Act as an Ambassador representing both the BYD and the respective restaurant brands, highlighting our unique concept and fielding any inquiries related to our electric vehicle offerings
    • Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all orders, and liaise with our sales team to provide a seamless transition for guests interested in our BYD vehicles.

    Requirements:

    1. Charismatic individual with service-driven to elevate our guests' dining experiences
    2. Prior experience in the casual-premium dining sector.
    3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    4. Keen interest in or knowledge of the automotive industry, electric vehicles will be an added advantaged.
    5. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage time efficiently.
    6. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
