Description

You will be the Subject Matter Expert of InforM3 ERP Systems in the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications for any changes in the ERP System, for system updates, changes and upgrades.
• Working with various stakeholders in different business department such as sales, finance, supply chain and procurement, as well as with senior management.
• Analyze business processes to identify any issues, workflow improvement and recommending good solutions to improve the ERP system functionality
• Ensure that InforM3 System is running smoothly, provide support and maintenance to internal users as and when necessary
• Provide system training to end users and ensure knowledge transfer to the different business departments

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in InforM3 ERP Systems
• Certification in InforM3 will be an added advantage
• Familiar with modules in InforM3 such as Customer Order Management, Financial Accounting, Supply Chain, etc.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to be able to liaise with different stakeholders or vendors.
