Job Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Work as a member of a consulting team on client engagements to gather, analyze, and interpret data in support of hypothesis testing and solution development
  • Conduct market research, perform both quantitative and qualitative analyses (including financial model development), and author presentations and reports
  • Contribute to the growth of the company in an entrepreneurial environment and support the development of company intellectual property

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Background:


Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative, problem solving, or critical reasoning discipline (e.g., finance, mathematics, engineering, statistics, philosophy, etc.) with demonstrated strong academic performance from a top educational institution.


Qualities:


  • Strong interest in and passion for the aviation industry
  • Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving skills
  • High level of motivation and drive for excellence
  • High level of focus on work quality and attention to detail
  • Comprehension of finance fundamentals and strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to perform under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Desire to work in a multicultural, diverse, and teamoriented environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English:

Work Experience:


  • Associates should have participated in a previous businessrelated internship, offering skills transferable to the Associate role with Alton.

Travel:


  • Some domestic and/or international travel may be associated with selected engagements.
