Lead a team of Onboarding Specialists for our Premier Banking Asia (Offshore market) to facilitate client onboarding and achieving acquisition target.
Mentor and guide team members on KYC, AML procedures and documentations.
Perform checkers role to validate/authorise the setting up of client's account.
Meet the compliance and control standards set in the endtoend onboarding process.
Maintain high standards of compliance requirements in the team at all times and ensure adherence to regulations.
Close communication with other departments for resolving AML/KYC and other regulatory matters related to clients' account.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of KYC, AML experience in the banking and financial services industry, preferably in the affluent segment
Minimum 2 years of supervisory and management experience
Recognised university degree
Attention to details.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently.
Highly efficient in Microsoft software
