[What the role is]

In this role, you should understand marketing strategy and feel comfortable exploring different motion graphics content on emerging trends and technology.

You are required to guide learners and develop our very own communication & motion design superstars. You must be passionate about teaching, and you will be responsible for developing the curriculum. You will be involved in industry engagement, support overseas exchange, and be a mentor to our young learners. A lecturer must be comfortable speaking to a large crowd and deliver engaging lectures.

[What you will be working on]

Develop curriculum and deliver courses related to Motion Graphics Digital Media, AR/VR, Content Strategy and Marketing
Coach and mentor learners and be involved in learner development activities beyond the classroom
Lead or support in overseas student exchanges, study trips, engage with the industry
Supervise motion graphics, digital installation, projection mapping and largescale screen display projects.
Undertake academic administration and committee work, provide support to learners, and assist in outreach

[What we are looking for]

Relevant qualifications in Motion Design, Interaction Design, Digital Media, Communication Design or equivalent
Strong visual aesthetics with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Motion Design, Experiential Interactive Design, Project Management
Proficient in digital imaging and 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Unity, Unreal etc.
Experience in virtual reality, mixed reality and/or virtual production is a plus
At least 2 years experience in leading/ managing creative team
