We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Childcare Principal at our new campus.

As a Principal, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team and ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our young learners.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership to the childcare center, fostering a positive and supportive environment for staff, children, and parents.
Oversee the daytoday operations of the center, including curriculum development, staff management, and budgeting.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and child welfare.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement innovative and developmentally appropriate curriculum and programs.
Build strong relationships with parents and the community, effectively communicating the center's mission, policies, and programs.

Requirements:

Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problemsolve in a fastpaced environment.
