- Managing and maintaining the partner's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Organizing and maintaining confidential files, records, and documents. Assist partner in conducting research and gathering information for reports, presentations and meetings.
- Assist to coordinate and schedule meetings and follow-up actions.
- Serve as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including internal staff, clients, partners and vendors.
- Maintaining high level of confidentiality, discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information, documents and discussion.
- Providing miscellaneous support as needed, and other ad hoc tasks.
- The candidate to possess minimum of a diploma or bachelor's degree.
- Excellent writing, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Competent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
- Committed, result driven and self-reflective team player.
